JOB OFFER  0526001LOX - Warehouse operator – LOXXESS, Bor, Czechia
(Only for Filipinos already working since 6 months  in the Czech Republic with a valid CZ TRC or being currently jobless)

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Mainly manual work, processing goods and other materials in a modern and highly
automated/robotic warehouse environment
• NO heavy objects (easy for males and females)
• Stacking goods on pallets (moving boxes from pallet to pallet)
• Packing of finished pallets
• Labeling of goods
• Cleaning warehouse areas
• Unloading pallets from truck / Loading pallets onto truck
• Other types of activities (maintenance of loading and unloading equipment, reloading empty pallets,
working with inventory, sorting waste (paper, plastic, etc.), maintenance of reader, weighing finished
pallets, special tasks, etc.)
• Work with handling equipment (pallet truck with manual controls, electric cart, order picking tool -
long fork, several pallets at a time, work with scanner/reader)
• Order fulfillment (scanner displays order with position descriptions, e.g., go to aisle 21 and load 5 boxes of item X from shelf space 156 B). Scan position, scan goods, scan pallet label, enter the number of boxes, and place goods on the pallet. Then perform a new task until order/pallet is completed)

EMPLOYMENT PACKAGE*
• Official 100% legal employment contract directly with LOXXESS guaranteed by Czech Labor Office.
• 26 000 CZK (1 100 EUR) / month basic gross salary for average 156 work hours / month (by law) =
avareage 21 shifts (work days) / month (by law). i.e. 7,5 hours + 30min break / 1 shift. Day shift 6.00 –
14.00, afternoon shift 14.00 – 22.00, night shift 22.00 – 6.00 + average 1 Saturday overtime / month.
Shifts are planned on monthly basis.
• + 2000 CZK (40 EUR) / month average salary supplements (by law)
• + 2 500 CZK (100 EUR) / month usual productivity bonus
• + 2 000 CZK (40 EUR) / month for 1 Saturday overtime
• 32 500 CZK (1 320 EUR) / month total average gross salary
• 26 400 CZK (1 075 EUR) / month total average net salary
• + 2200 CZK (90 EUR) / month average meal allowance added to your net income
• 28 600 CZK (1 165 EUR / month TOTAL AVERAGE NET INCOME
• + Seasonal overtimes available
• + 2 days FREE time / week
• + 5 weeks vacation / year with full salary when you are on vacation and not working (by law)
• + 11 public holidays / year on work days with full salary when you are not working (by law)
• 60 % of salary when you are sick and not working (by law)
• 100 % Health and Social insurance coverage (by law) – healthcare in Czech Republic is then FREE
• FREE PPE - work clothes, work shoes and protective equipment.
• Professional development with a corresponding increase in salary according to the quality of work
done
• - 4 200 CZK (170 EUR) / month deduction from net salary for quality accommodation (2 persons per
room, separate males and females, couples/friends can stay in the same room). The rest of
accommodation cost is paid by employer.
• - 400 CZK (15 EUR) / month deduction from net salary for quality bus transportation (all seated, 15 -
30 min from home to work). The rest of transportation cost is paid by employer.
• 24 000 CZK (980 EUR) / month AVERAGE TOTAL NET INCOME to your bank account
*The above Employment Package calculation is an approximation of an average month with 1 Saturday
Overtime and serves for orientation purposes only. The total salary varies every month and current conditions
may change in time. Czech National Bank currency X-rate on 30.3. 2026 1 EUR = 24,55 CZK.

REQUIREMENTS
• Experience of working in a warehouse (advantage, not requirement)
• Good English
• Good health condition
• Willingness to learn new things

• Good health – standing on feet, good manual skills with fingers, good eyes (good eyes with glasses OK).
