Income Tax Return for Employees from district Cheb, Czech Republic
We provide assistance with filing personal income tax RETURNS for taxpayers with only income from dependent activities in the Czech Republic, including non-resident taxpayers of the Czech Republic.
These are typically foreigners from the Philippines working in the Czech Republic's industry, agriculture, gastronomy, hotels, spas, and various services under an employment contract with a valid work and residence permit (TRC).
If you still want to claim a refund for the overpayment of the advance income tax deducted from your salary by your employer, contact us immediately so we can assist you. Please send a WhatsApp message to +420 725 540 499 NOW! You will be contacted as soon as possible.

The deadline for filing personal income tax returns for 2025 ends on Monday, May 4, 2026.
The last personal deadline for completing the RETURN for income tax from dependent activity is Monday, April 27th, from 8:00 to 9:00 and from 15:00 to 16:00 in the entrance hall of the Tax Office, Hálkova 2484/32, 350 02 Cheb 2. On site, we will help you fill out: 1) the RETURN form, 2) Affidavit of the period without taxable income in 2025, 3) we will take both of them to calculate the amount of the overpayment, which the Tax Office is to transfer to your bank account.
To the next meeting at the same address on Monday, May 4th, from 8:00 to 9:00 or from 15:00 to 16:00, you will bring the "Confirmation of taxable income from dependent activity, withheld tax advances and tax benefits (form issued by the Financial Administration, model for 2026, e.g., No. 33, code 25 5460)." This document MUST BE IN CZECH (the tax office does not accept the English version). If you do not have it, the employer will issue it at the employee's request within 10 days. Therefore, ask your employer for this confirmation today.
Without this confirmation, it is not possible to file an income tax RETURN!
On this day and at the above-mentioned hours, you will be assisted and interpreted in submitting the above-mentioned, pre-filled, and checked documents at the Cheb tax office counter. Our fee, in the amount agreed in advance, is payable immediately upon submission on site via the QR-code banking application.

Who should file an income tax RETURN?
Since we do not want our clients to pay a higher fee for assistance in filing an income tax RETURN than the expected overpayment, we would like to inform you who should file an income tax RETURN.
Definitely employees who came to the Czech Republic for work for the first time and started working in 2025 should do it. Based on our experience with these clients, their refunds ranged from CZK 5,000 to CZK 17,000.
In contrast, the refunded overpayments to employees working in the Czech Republic for 2024 were significantly lower, often only a few hundred crowns.
The reason is the automatic reduction of tax advances after the first year of work in the Czech Republic due to higher overpayments.
