Finding the right staff for your restaurant or hotel can be a challenge. With our extensive network and experience in the gastronomy and hotel business since 1978, we can help you find qualified and motivated employees. We speak German, English, Czech, and Tagalog to ensure seamless communication.
The vast majority of Christian Filipinos meet our selection criteria: communication in English, willing to learn German, non-smokers, abstinence is a matter of course, a 6-day work week, and overtime as well. Our employees take vacation only in the off-season, in spring and autumn.

Her main task is the acquisition of new employees, their selection, communication in her native Filipino, interpretation in English, and Czech.
George has an apprenticeship as a waiter at INTERHOTEL Montana (Riesengebirge, Czech Republic), studied at the hotel school, and worked for several seasons as a cashier in Austrian hotels in Salzburger Land and Tirol, where he personally experienced the demanding conditions and expectations of both employers and guests, including teamwork with colleagues from EU.
As an authorized representative, he takes care of B2B customers and employers. Marketing, sales, invoicing, and communication in English, German, and Czech are his main activities in the office. Trips to the first personal meeting with a potential employer in Austria and Bavaria are an essential aspect of every new collaboration. Available DAILY from 6:00 to 22:00
An additional, yet essential, activity is training employees in the German language, with an emphasis on understanding Alpine dialects.
